1、一方面，计算机的发展是evolution，而不是突然地出现的；一方面是，1000台机器和 100台机器是不一样的，由于对于data center的重视，data center会增加10倍，100倍？这个量的变化引起的是质的变化，会有什么样的变化？数据量、通信量、计算量、能耗、……

能源，在讲到BlueGene的时候已经谈到影响它的规模的已经不是计算机本身的硬件
和软件，而是散热等物理因素了。能源是一个很大的考虑因素。）。另外一个，安
全方面，是考虑在操作系统级别，还是在虚拟机/中间件级别，还是在硬件级别给
予安全的支持？这些都是很好的问题。
