每天进步一点――更高效一点

1、一次一件事情。专心。这意味着，你已经按重要性顺序排好了时间，在这个时间段，再也不做其他事情，也不去分心想其他事情，（如果其他事情这么重要，为什么不把顺序改一下。）在做一件事情的时候，做到时候遇到困难，还是坚持住要解决掉，不能因为这件事困难而转去做其他事情。（除非其他事情是跟这个事情有关联，从浅到深。）
2、决不要做不值得做的事。宁可什么都不做，睡觉（休息）。休息好了准备下一件事情。
拿破仑希尔是这么说的：
下面有4个很好的理由，说明了绝对不要做不值得做的事：
1、不值得做的事会让你误以为自己完成了某些事情。
2、不值得做的事会消耗时间与精力。
3、不值得做的事会浪费自己生命。
4、不值得做的事会生生不息。
Benjamin Franklin described it this way:
"For the want of a nail, the shoe was lost; for the want of a shoe the horse was lost; and for the want of a horse the rider was lost, being overtaken and slain by the enemy, all for the want of care about a horseshoe nail."
